Myclubhaus has been created to accommodate a golf simulator which can also be used as a home cinema, a mini spa, gym area, games room, bar and outdoor kitchen.
OB architecture, a RIBA nominated practice, turned our concept into a striking building wrapped in beautiful black Yakisugi finished wood. The building complies with permitted development rules and can be installed without planning in gardens of sufficient size.

Designed to be the ultimate personal golfing space
Compatible with all of the major golf simulators whether radar or camera-based system. The golf area has been designed to accommodate the Golfzon swing plate, which reproduces the lie of your ball on over 200 courses worldwide, whether its the Old Course at St Andrew’s or Pebble Beach. The 11-degree multi-directional swing plate, combined with the Tri Mat, recreates the different conditions golfers encounter during every round whether fairway, rough or bunker. The clubhaus is designed with 3m x 2m screen, a built-in slope to aid with ball return and can accommodate the Golfzon ball feed and auto tee system.
Enjoy home cinema, drinks, and your favorite games
Myclubhaus is not just a golf room, there is space for a full-sized pool table and a fully stocked bar area. If you have played enough golf, the 2.5m x 4m screen is perfect for a home cinema or linked up to a games console.
When we were designing Myclubhaus we wanted somewhere teenage kids could entertain their friends and learn how to socialise in a safe environment. We just hope you can get them out when you want to use the room!

Designed for your needs
Working from home (WFH) post pandemic and lockdown is now an option for a lot more people. The Workhaus area can be used as both a home office and home gym depending on your fit out specifications.
As a light airy office space with Cat 6 connectivity for a stable internet link the Workhaus is a great space for working or meetings.
The Workhaus area can be fitted with storage solutions for all of your training equipment, rollers, kettlebells, weights etc and the floor is more than strong enough to accommodate treadmills, step masters, a peloton bike or rowing machines. You can skip or throw weights around to your hearts content.
Separated from the Playhaus golf area by a two panel sliding wall, you can do Yoga or Pilates in private. We designed a mini spa area with a two person sauna and two person steam room (that doubles as a shower cubicle after your workout).
